Preschool Application & Enrollment
Xenia Preschool is a Gold Award rated Step Up To Quality Preschool
To apply, all families must complete the registration process, followed by a screening for each individual student that will be scheduled prior to the start of the school year.
Please remember that space is limited, and placement is not guaranteed! Placement will be finalized once screening is complete.

Preschool registration for the 2026-2027 school year will began March 2, 2026.

To begin the registration process, you will need to start your application through Final Forms. As part of this process, you will need to provide the following documentation:
- Proof of Income
- Birth Certificate of Student
- Proof of custody (if applicable)
- Proof of Residency (utility bill - gas, electric, or water)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Immunization Records*
In addition, please note that every Preschool student must submit:
- Annual Physical - Medical Statement completed by the child's primary care provider
- Annual Dental Exam - Dental Statement completed by the child's dental care provider
*Families may choose to apply for an immunization exemption for one or more of the required immunizations by completing a waiver.

Note that all documents (listed in the section above) should be uploaded (attached) in Final Forms EITHER as a scanned PDF file OR an image file.
If you choose to submit an image of documents, cell phone photos are acceptable but should be clear, well-lit, and in focus. The requested document should be the primary focus of the photo; crop photos, if necessary. Keep in mind that unacceptable files may delay your student's registration; original copies may be requested as follow-up by our enrollment office for verification.
